ABOUT  THE ARTIST:

S.K. Dapoz is a mixed media artist who lives and works in the Heartland. She is a self-taught artist specializing in several art forms, including mixed media, photography, and graphic design. Her works can be found in personal and corporate collections in several countries and she has had several solo shows.

She says “My family is chock-full of artists, and after fighting it for a number of years, I decided to give in and spend the “second-half” of my life trying to earn a living from what I find most rewarding, exciting and stimulating in life: the marriage of thought and image.”  Inspirations include poetry (which she also writes), art, literature, music,  memory, dreams, travel, people, philosophy and current events.
